I know Capitol One allows families to pool their CC points but I can't find anything about AMEX. Will AMEX allow people to pull their points?

They are too young for earned income and I don’t own a business so no IRA investing opportunities here.

I work in sf and Nyc and have now saved enough where I’m wondering if it makes sense to buy rather than rent an apartment as an investment.
