I know that Google often lowballs nowadays unless you can show a competing offer, preferably from another FAANG. I am in the middle of interviews at Google and a recruiter from Facebook reached out. Trying to decide if I should try and get an offer from them for leverage. Does anyone know whether Facebook will send over the offer in email form before I verbally accept? I know some companies refuse to put anything in writing unless you verbally accept.

I graduated last year and was working with my university until last month. I extended my STEM OPT with my university before July 5th (first year OPT expiry). I got a new opportunity right after submitting my application & I notified my change in employer (submitted updated I-20 & I-983).
