I know wipro is not better than accenture in terms of culture as many have experienced it, but im getting an opportunity to join them with 95% hike from current fixed pay. 8 YOE, business analysis skill, 11.36 fixed and being offered 24 fixed.

I interviewed for KPMG on 11/15 for a Senior role and the HR emailed me on 11/16 that everyone liked me but they think I should be hired as an Experienced Associate. I had a call with the HR on 11/17 wherein we discussed about my salary expectations and the HR said he will get back in a day. It’s been more than 10 days and multiple follow ups but still no response. I don’t think I was rude while talking to the HR, I just told my current salary and asked for min. that no. Did i miss the chance ?

So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon.
