Every time I speak to my director (at least twice a week), he works in how he is getting older into the conversation(humorously). For instance, he forgot something non-work related, said “sign of old age”. He recently told a story, said, this is how old people talk. Need some advise
Last year due to covid got laid off and then didn't got any opportunity due to visa issues. Later myself and my family got covid positive and unfortunately my father expired due to covid.
So I have got gap of 1.3 years in my career.
Now I want to start giving interviews and get back in the game.
My concern is with 2 things here
1. I lack confidence/motivation due to the gap.
2. How do I address this gap in resume ?
