I have an associate's degree in graphic design and work designing wedding stationery. I've been at my company since 2016, and am now a design consultant - speaking to customers directly and creating custom artwork and designs for them. So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

PM interview goes typically with current domain, design xyz for abc, guesstimate; whereas in actual job you have ‘n’ no. of constraints to build, leadership priority , sufficient time to think etc. What are your thoughts?

I am a multiple time founder, ran my company for 4 years, a self funded startup, so no concept of salary. My last CTC with a US based firm as a consultant was USD 96000 until Jan 2021 (I was residing in India).
