Doesn’t the court have displays, etc.?
Zero
There’s a website that is named after a river in South America that compiles all the projectors and has ratings and reviews.
Check with your judge’s staff. Most already have them in their courtrooms.
Don’t forget to still have paper copies in case of technology failure…
In my experience, even the rural courts with limited technology have projectors or screens with a laptop setup
Mine does not
Does the courtroom have a projector screen? Most courtrooms do not dim the lights, so it will need to be 2,000+ lumen. If you plan to play audio or video, you'll likely need a stand alone speaker to go with the projector. You'll be able to do a lot more with a TV (than say a standard overhead projector). I suggest getting a TV and a rolling cart.
FYI y’all, court room does not have screens, monitors, nada. The only thing they have for me is a power outlet. I am bringing my own WiFi. It’s like that.
You can project to a screen from a laptop using. If you NEED a projector, there is always an ELMO so that the entire courtroom sees the document in real time; you. You cAn zoom in on focus areas. I haven’t used one of those in many years.
