I put my spin bike under my standing desk and have been cycling. My Apple Watch said I burned 900 calories today but I don’t feel that tired the way I usually do after a workout. Anyone feel the same way with treadmill desks?

That’s steady state cardio for ya. You burn cals with minimal effort. Allows you enough energy to still lift. And yes I have a desk treadmill.

Yeah slowly but surely trimming. But it all comes back to diet ultimately. Just like a bank account no use in doing all that cardio gets spent by you eating junk food. But yes I get to a calorie deficit easier without feeling like 💩 just takes a while. My goal is New Years. Been back at it since April

And yes I thought I was going to get nothing done, but I save it for like final meetings when I don’t have to talk and just send emails out.

Do you find it difficult to work doing this? I’ve looked at them but am worried I won’t be able to work while doing it.

I bought a small folding treadmill that goes under my desk. I mainly use it when i'm doing somemore basic tasks but if anything its a good focuser because it helps me stay on task and not get sidetracked
