I received an offer from a REPE firm in Atlanta/DFW area offering $85k Base, $20k bonus, and $5k off my annual rent, roughly $110k all in comp. The role is for an asset management analyst position with 2 YOE. Hours should be 45-50 per week. Does the comp seem fair? I’m always reading about analysts and associates in REPE pulling in $150-300k but those are in HCOL cities.
