I received an offer from Goldman Sachs for ₹21 lakhs per annum for the role of Controllers Operations - Risk and Regulatory Control - Reconciliation - Business Intelligence - Associate. I have 5 years of experience, but the HR team is not open to negotiation. I also have other offers that exceed this compensation.

Is ₹21 lakhs a fair offer for my experience level and this role? Should I still consider joining Goldman Sachs, or should I prioritize the other offers? Please advise.

I am holding an offer of 12.2LPA having 4.4 yrs of experience in Citrix Administration.
MasterCard is offering me 13.5LPA as fixed pay and 7% as variable pay.

Not ready to negotiate more, should I accept the offer?
