Lead or project management? Also what is the salary range i can negotiate here? Any suggestions wpuld help, im confused if i should move from the role of a manager to that pf a lead. My 3 yrs vision is to see myself as a senior manager or a tpm down the line.

But my project is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?
