I received an offer letter from Accenture with 40% hike from my current base salary. I am having 6.5 years IT experience and 4 years in Salesforce development. The CTC they offered seems less for me as I currently underpaid. 18lpa is the fixed salary. Is it upto to the market standards and existing pay of the current Accenture employees

Due to covid, many exams were not conducted and as for the ones that did happen, the results are taking forever to come. Right now I have one backlog and the result is yet to be announced. 1-assessment and i got the completion message and confirmation
2-after that interview went very well
3 - hr discussion with salary , ready to initiate my offer in 2 hr
But she called me in a minute on Friday and told me that you need to give the test again.


After 3 days on monday -today
Someone called me from hr and told me you have to appear for all the things again.
