I recently accepted an interview with a company I wasn’t really interested in, but thought I’d give them a chance. The recruiter said the interviewer would call, but when I didn’t receive a call 5 min into the scheduled time, I tried joining the video link and received an error. The interviewer is now asking me to reschedule, but I’m kind of put off by the whole thing. Any advice for how to phrase an “I’m no longer interested” email to the recruiter?

WMP reached out to me earlier this year about their opening and I wondered if I should go ahead with the call. After asking two questions again he came on the same topic this happens twice in two interviews. Mere ko lag raha hey Jaan bujhke questions same topic pe puchte hey, so that they don't select that candidate.

Biggest cringe for me has got to be when people include “ex-<company name>” in their title… see it for loads of the big 4 firms and I’m thinking wow you must love slave drivers that underappreciate you 🤣
