I recently completed a UXUI Bootcamp and starting a new career. I feel I have a lot to offer, but also a lot to learn. Are companies willing to hire new Bootcamp graduates? Is there value in applying to large/big 4 type companies or to set my eyes on smaller companies?

Hi Everyone. I completed my 1 year in EY in October 2022. And in my profile, they have updated it to Senior Analyst now. But that was a progression that happens every year and I have not received the incremented salary.

Now that they are giving increments to everyone, will I receive both progression and increment or my progression will be counted as increment.
