I recently got a CTC break up from TCS which is around 26 lakhs. Really confused on the break up structure. They have included Performance pay in Gross section and its divided into 2 parts

1. Monthly Performance Pay
2. Performance Bonus (QVA)

I fail to understand which one is fixed and which one is variable

Additionally, they have included retention incentive paid yearly.

Kindly advise....

I want to share my TCS interview experience. I got selected for one project TR, MR everything was over. The manager of the project confirmed me that I m selected and I will get offer letter soon. I was excited to join TCS due to job security,wlb, etc.

Existing employees with 20 years exp working on presales consulting, winning millions of dollars of projects in RFPs, delivering multi million dollar assignments are still not getting promoted and paid in peanuts

Makes me wonder if companies are really enjoying so called great resignation period. What's the thought ?

From 15th November will TCS employee need to report to "ODC Location"? If their "base location" and "ODC Location" is different; will they get deputation benefits i.e. "air ticket, tata quarter, deputation allowance"?
