I was in the final stages of an interview with Microsoft two weeks ago, in partner marketing. Then the recruiter told me they were putting the hiring process on hold to assess the need for the role. Well, then we heard about Microsoft layoffs last week. Seems like most were in Xbox and Project Alpha but there’s not a lot of information out there. Should I hold out any hope that I’m going to get this job? Any insights on how much these layoffs have impacted the marketing org and/or new hiring?
Bain & Company Got dinged after a final round AC interview with Bain & Company as an experienced hire with 1 YOE. Currently at $75k base salary and on average work 30-40 hours a week.
Considering $15-25k increase in salary, but double the number of work hours, is it worth reapplying to Bain next year or better to wait to apply until after business school?

Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

I managed a lab for 30 years at a chemical place that made water treating, cleaning and other industrial products like antifreeze and etc.
New owners got rid of the most experienced staff and now I find most jobs in my area for Chemists are in health care. No health care place wants an industrial Chemist, so if you want my advice, based on real world experience, you don't want my advice.
After 6 months of unemployment I gave up and, while still sending out resumes, have turned to my old side hustle making websites as my primary income. Does OK, but nowhere near the same money.
