I recently interviewed for the first round at Ciena but HR asked me to wait for 1 week for the feedback, am I out or they just evaluating other applicants for that position. My interview went well but not sure whats the recruitment process at Ciena, If anyone ca help me here.

Hi! I have worked in management roles in tech, mainly in analytics, for approximately 10 years. My TC has fluctuated (currently around 135K CAD), but it seems like it's relatively easy to breach the 100K bar, but hard to breach the 150K bar. I now work at the CBC, but I have worked in the private sector too.
