I recently joined a national firm's tax department. Prior experience was at a local "tax only" firm, but we also provided accounting services like bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax, along with tax planning and compliance services. I loved the accounting side of things. Now that I'm in a larger firm, it seems that actually falls under client advisory services? I feel I joined the wrong department

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p

At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost). Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice

I want to share my TCS interview experience. I got selected for one project TR, MR everything was over. The manager of the project confirmed me that I m selected and I will get offer letter soon. I was excited to join TCS due to job security,wlb, etc.
Later when I check with the HR they are saying we couldn't proceed as you are selected for some other project. I was shocked to hear this. But till now i m waiting for other project call 😂. I lost trust in TCS. They are wasting our time,efforts

They cant put me on performance defaulters as I voluntarily resigned and also got good feedback from client.
The reason I resigned was the sh^^head manager and project.
He said I would be released from project soon and then on bench but after resigning he is saying you have to serve the NP n we cant release early.
This is only option left to get released from this sh^t place

Any SAP analytics cloud developer here? Quick query, client wants a column root causes ..now this column is not available in S/4..now the S/4 team is not cooperative enough.

My leads suggested SAC has comments option. However comments are not going to help users either. Because it will not show graphically which root causes contribute the most.

So my question is now, does SAC have an in built excel option which would allow users to enter root causes across materials and then SAC refresh this
