Sabse ghatiya insurance is in wipro even startups provide good insurance these days, wipro is third fourth class in this sense
1cr insurance with no copay costs me Rs.17000/annual whereas Wipro's 52L insurance costs me around Rs.31000 with 10% copay + 1L out of pocket expenses
If u are coming from hcl to wipro, stay cautious. Wipro is not as organised as hcl is. Good you are at band b, had you been band c onwards consider your variable pay gone almost every quarter.
Many things are missing in wipro. Biggest thing is logical mindset. But anyhow dont mean to demotivate you, spend some time and get back to base is what i can suggest

For self take 10 lac of super topup with 2 lac deductible, premium for ESC will be 7.5K P.M Approximate.
For parents take 2-lac comprehensive and 10 lac super topup with 2 lac deductible. If any of parent is in 60-65 bracket then premium will be 25k+15k respectively.

The thumb rule should always be that you should depend solely on your employer for health insurance.
We should take our own insurance policy(non-corporate) and choose the riders as per our requirement. We should allocate 1-5% of our income for buying health insurance.
There should be an option for top up.

One more there is a claim upto 10k possible post insurance paid. I saw some where..is that true?
There is super top up plan for your family. 10L top up costs you only 8k. But for parents you need to take different policy.
Better if you go with personal insurance instead of corporate
