I joined TCS a few months back at Consulting Partner (C5) level.Comp is 220 base+ 20k bonus. Role is in cloud - pre-sales , solution architecture and farming the accounts. Work is relatively easy and I am killing it. What kind of exit options should i Target , in a couple of year to get to 350 - 400 Total Comp? Thanks for your advice

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.

Currently is a clinical psychologist seeing about 20 ppl/week for 120-130 dollars a person (she currently takes insurance). IMO this limits her overall earning potential. Trying to figure out if she could: drop insurance and charge more, scale out and build her own practice, and/or work more (could maybe see 26-28 ppl/week).
