I see agencies are hiring a ton of senior Search talent right now (at least in Canada). I haven't see these jobs being so hot in awhile. Any insight into what's going on within the industry?

I get that more brands are doubling down on digital / search / ecom right now. But I see disproportionally more postings for Paid Search jobs.

I had recently attended the interview at IQVIA for sql developer position, but when I received the offer letter the designation mentioned there is "Software engineer- technical operations 130'.

Just wanted to know if this is some kind of a production support role.

Hi everyone - I'm contemplating an offer from a large PI firm. I'm a little more than halfway through completing my 2nd year of practice, and I'm currently at a small firm with a low salary that's just no longer cutting it.

The offer from the large firm is for a pre-suit position, base salary of $100K - is this salary pretty standard for this kind of position?

My #1 peeve about agencies is the old school habit of emailing everything. The most efficient offices leverage task/mgmt platforms to manage workflows/bandwidth. Crowded inboxes of nonsense = WASTE.

@Long-time creative freelancers, please enlighten the masses about why you might make a better staff hire than say, someone with nearly all staff role experience. Help clear up this weird prejudice.
