IMO, good remote jobs are few and far between right now. I’d go along with the offer you received at the clinic, but continue to keep an eye out for remote positions and keep your options open. That way you still have a for sure position, and you’re not burning any bridges before even working for this company.
I have some interviews scheduled with big remote companies and I have been trying to get these interviews since January…so if I get a remote offer during the time I’m supposed to start with the clinic, I’m not sure how I’d go about that without getting blacklisted.
I don’t think any of us can answer that. They may be you on some do not hire list, may not.
You didn’t say where you live whether it’s urban or outside the city or how much experience you have 47/hour is about what I made 20 years ago. Now I work remotely for almost 60. I think that’s very low pay. nurses historically change jobs frequently because of pay, I would not worry about getting blacklisted.
