**Imposter Syndrome**
This has prob come up a few times before but here goes: I'm a SME in a specific Salesforce platform and known for my problem-solving approach to even the most complex issues. Well respected and trusted. But the better I do / more people have faith in me, the more likely I am to second guess myself (and that spirals out of control) and make room for imposter syndrome to set in. Shouldn't it be the inverse? How common is imposter syndrome anyway?

Just looked at the salary google sheet. There are core senior consultants making 75k+ more than me as a SC in USDC. Not sure what Deloitte is thinking rn but I’m not going to put any effort in anymore if that’s the way they are playing the game.

Anyone ever been in a hiring process that dragged for months, only for the company to say they’re not immediately hiring, yet?
