I started a 6 week fitness program ( emily skye body sculpt). First day was lower body with tons of squatting and now my muscles in my thighs are so sore and tightly wound. It was affecting how I walk basically. Do I need to do more of a beginner one or should I stick it out? Is this normal? I do a lot of walking and running but I guess I don’t use my muscles like that because it HURTS.

Keep going! The soreness will subside after a few workouts. You are just using your muscles a different way. Can you get in a sauna or hot tub? That would really help.

Keep going but make sure you stretch a LOT and roll out with a foam roller. You don't want to have your muscles stay too tight or knotted. But it's okay to be super sore, doesn't mean it was too much necessarily as long you're being careful with form and not hurting yourself

I no longer tell myself I want to be dead. Meds and therapy have helped. But I also seem to not care if I die or get a terminal illness or disease. Like I won’t put myself in danger but if I get a disease or illness I won’t mind either. Does anyone else feel like that? Maybe that’s one reason I don’t bother to get myself in shape.

Lost 5lbs in one week by pushing my first meal of the day back to 11:30am. Probably can’t consider it to be intermittent since I don’t have a hard cut off time for when I stop eating at the end of the day but I’m really happy that this small adjustment is working!

Just started a new job less than a month ago in the tech sector. It was the industry I was fixated on when leaving for. However I realise that I don't think I can cope with the fast paced, lack of wlb, with no support - it's really impacting my mental health already....

I try to hide it from my boyfriend, but its impact is flowing into my personal life.
I feel like a failure, but recognise it might be beneficial to cut loss and quit. Has anyone been in this situation?

Has anyone had any side effects from Ovidrel? I did my shot on Wednesday night and Thursday and Friday I was SO tired and fatigued and it was impossible to focus. Did my IUI on Friday and I’ve been SO crampy and in pain and I’m soooo cranky and irritable and I can’t figure out if it’s from the injection still or what

What I do really care is to know, regardless which disease you’ve worked on, if you did something great, disruptive, found a new way of doing something, did a great/smooth launch…
