I think I am experiencing burnout . Been at this job 3 years never took a vacation at all because I feel I cannot afford to. I have to mange my finances better . Lots of responsibilities a lead dental assistant. To the point I'm starting to hate my job or when anyone ask anything of me I get upset. I have several job leads and I’ve been interviewing since March within the same company. They have been slow getting back with me and I just received a call from a job I applied for two months ago.
