Got an interview request from Amazon for Sr. Digital Marketing Manager. I have been interviewed by and worked for multiple big names like Mcafee, Meta, Microsoft but never by Amazon. I’m wondering how’s their hiring process, what kind of questions and tasks are waiting for me, how many steps are there etc.
Thank you in advance, everyone!

90% of recruiters are like that. They have one or two positions which they try to force onto candidates for the quick and easy payout. If you say no, they move on.
Most are trash. You can and you should engage a few recruiters at the same time and hope one is a good one who will actually try to find a job that fits your wants. The fact that this person only had two positions they’re looking for solidifies that they’re one of those trash recruiters (they don’t gave company clienteles looking for repeat services).

Welcome to working with people who failed their first career choice.
Apply yourself. You'll get paid more and won't deal with the headache of recruiters who are incentivized to place candidates that are fine with crappy jobs.
^ pretty true. Don’t be discouraged, be picky! Recruiters get paid more on volume so they love suckers
Just remember you have to live with your choices not them
Who cares, recruiters grow on trees
I worked with a recruiter through Robert half and she was amazing. I didn’t pay a dime and she worked for me because whatever company hired me she got a cut based off their agreement. Maybe find a diff agency?
While I understand the disappointment, don't feel sad.
Get out there and find a recruiter or two that will work hard to get you the role you want.

This is the 2nd one. The first one didn’t even send me any jobs, now I’m on his random Friday newsletter but he hasn’t reached out about any actual jobs yet.
They might not know of any suitable positions yet. But not all recruiters are great at their job either…I had one who was very condescending about me not having a CPA, and he didn’t even read my resume! On his follow up email where he reluctantly sent me a job I told him I was actually suitable for, he called me Mike. Mike is his name!! I’m a girl…
Most recruiters are like that
Finding the right job takes time and the right recruiter will take the time to help you. Don't feel bad for "being picky"- try again with them and maybe try to connect with another recruiter to see how it works out with someone else.
Few days ago? That’s too early to think they’ve ditched you. Finding a good job takes time
