I use to get interviews from here, why are all us job seekers not having any luck?

Does anyone offer any resume writing services? Or willing to let me use theirs as a template? I have 6 years of CS experience & a Masters degree but I am having no luck with landing a CSM position within the 6figure range, it’s seems like these companies are not even looking at my resume. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

VC community - a recruiter (from an external agency) reached out to me in regards to a strategy position in the VC firm’s local office but I feel tremendously under-qualified as someone with less than a year of consulting experience. Hey everyone - I could do with some advice. Not sure what I am doing wrong, but I am having a hard time getting interview calls. I am trying to pivot from consulting to the industry and targeting project/program management roles. Kinda sorta trying to predict if I’m losing my job tomorrow.

It’s hard to be motivated when rounds of layoffs happen and you see all your friends leave. But one thing that’s gotten me through all of this is working out. And when I say workout I mean the most pathetic, sad, barely completed beginner-level cardio dance routines. I’ve somehow forced myself to move while on lockdown and it’s somehow forced me to feel better. Whatever you’re doing, wherever you are: get up and move even if you don’t finish or end up going on a walk. Pls take care of yourself❤️

How many months in is it normal to hate a new job vs you've given it a long enough chance to know it's a wrong fit?

Is it really that hard for managers to book their own conference rooms and send out invites? The time it takes to ask one to do it could it not have just been done by themselves?

Are there any agencies where creatives actually have good work-life balance in LA, SF or anywhere else for that matter? Like no weekends or no working more than a 40-50hr week? Or do I have to go in house for this? Or do I have to leave advertising altogether?
