Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

You’re definitely not being paranoid. You should start looking for a new job ASAP.
This kind of slow fade is sadly common. It might be worth checking in with someone you trust to ask where you stand.
How long has it been radio silence? Sometimes this is just the cadence.
Step 1: Withhold work/hours
Step 2: Fire for low hours
My first firm tried to do this, so I just worked for other teams :D but more seriously, this is so common.

There are ebbs and flows so I wouldn’t panic, but I would take action. Find a way to make yourself noticeable or relevant again. Even just writing an article with someone or showing up to some extra events could help. You want to be top of mind in a good way.
OP, I've been experiencing the same thing and been wondering I'm paranoid as well! A couple of partners I closely "worked" with (notice the past tense) stated it's nothing like the scenario I am fearing, but of course they wouldnt say otherwise. Reading all these comments kinda validates my gut feeling.
