My probation was supposed to be of 6 months (i.e until June 2022), but today I received a notification in Workday that I have passed my probation.
How is this possible?
I was planning to resign within probation for 30days notice period. But now this happened. Will this change my notice period to 90days??

Yeah you've been watching too much TikTok bruv
You do know that to do that youll need work authorizatiom from each country you will work from and pay taxes to the country? Many firms will not allow due to tax implications. You will be working illegally witbout the proper work authorization amd committing tax fraud if you dont comply to that country's tax laws.
Thats actually insane to think about. You think 99% of people get away with it?
Firstly I would recommend not referring to yourself as a 'passport bro' because the implication is that you're looking for relationships in all these places and that can be perceived unpleasantly. Secondly I would not recommend being in tax and doing this because you're still going to be beholden to the legal and financial/tax obligations where you work and that could cause a conflict of interest depending on what your actual position is.
Be a busy season contractor, live frugally during that time and then bounce to the countries you want to be in the rest of the year.
This may be the way
That’s cute.
Looks like bro graduated from Hustlers University
I had worked fully before. I needed a permission to work in another state. There are tax implications.
That's going to be a tough one to figure out, if not honestly impossible. Setting up to work remotely in one other country can be a major obligation. Trying to do it while circling the globe would be really difficult to arrange. If you're really serious about doing it, maybe try it in one country and see if you can pull that off. That might teach you enough to see if you could possibly scale it out. Someone could probably write a pretty interesting book with that premise, come to think of it.
And Boomers thought that Millennials were a little off in work ethics and priorities department. 😂
YOLOO, you only get layed off once… from your remote job… when they catch up to this scheme.
You definitely aren’t going to get this past an employer, best bet is to figure out how to do with gig work, the whole foot pic thing isn’t working for you.
Contractor is the only way this will work for you.
Doesn’t passport bro mean you’re trying to find women in all of these countries.
And?

My dream too.
Also mine. Unrealistic for me though.
Too late for that. Should’ve studied CS instead.
I kinda of think it's funny you want to 'travel the world' and work in tax remotely... but don't fully understand how it applies to yourself if you did it.
Can’t do tax easily unless it’s strictly corporate and then you have to have the security systems in place.
The moment you step outside of the US you become “Off Shore” and that requires special authorizations from the client.
But hey - please do take your Passport Bro self out of the country.
