I've been a RN for many years. To the employer, you are just a replaceable body.
Just quit and move on. If you give a 2cweek notice and they treat you crappy, make your last shift your last shift. They'll figure it out. Keep in mind that some places don't deserve a 2 week notice, no call, no show is appropriate.
I wouldn't worry so much about it. In my experience, people are generally respectful and understanding that you're moving on. And giving notice is much better than not giving any at all. If anyone treats you badly, that's on them. I would try not to overthink what the repercussions will be, and just do the honorable thing of giving notice

Only give 2 weeks notice.
Give your notice. Tell them you will be using your PTO for the last x# of days of your notice period. That gives you fewer days to put up with people. Just brush them off with an air of thanksgiving that in a few days they are out of your life.
Typically, you’re not allowed to use your PTO or PPL the last two weeks of your tenure at any facility.,.. unless you put your PPL in before you give your two weeks notice, you can usually use it that way?? Now if you call out that’s a different story but they don’t have to pay you PPL or PTO and some cases so I would be careful with that

Leaving on good terms is always best. You could go PRN, then gradually reduce shifts without burning bridges. Politely decline shifts, and if you need to leave quickly, be honest but professional in your communication. Avoid not showing up—it’s best to maintain your integrity for future references.
PRN is not obligated. That's just as needed. They don't have to call you for 6 months. That's not FT not PT. Move around if you have to
Prn has contract commitment that is so many hours in a month
OOf that is a really hard one. I would definitely put your two weeks in and then just go in do your job with your head down and go home. If you start being bullied or treated unfairly then I would go to HR and make it known that you are not afraid to do so.
I gave 2 week notice to turn prn (which has contract so many hour each monthl) and i feel no call no show is shady and rude so that wont happen..
I guess i feel guilty for leaving because i do like my employer and coworkers .
I just am not where i want to be in the nursing world
Ok , don’t tell anyone that you’re leaving. Once you get a job offer put your2 weeks in . Ask the new job if they don’t allow you to work your whole 2 weeks I you start earlier. Stop caring what others think and do what’s best for you . Haters gonna hate regardless
Most the time if you don't show up for your full 2 weeks you won't receive your PTO or anything else they're to pay you out for.
