I was always a coward to say to my boss I got an offer and will leave the agency. Nowadays with the WFH situation, do I schedule a zoom meeting? Any advice how would you do it?

PS: I don't want a counter offer, I've already made up my mind.

Generally curious how many companies offer phone reimbursement? My last gig did not but the current one does. Legally it seems, all employers are required to do so if we use our phone in literally any capacity (video call, slack, teams, emails etc). How prevalent is the issue of not reimbursing phone dues?

I’m told they’re looking for someone with less experience and they’re skeptical because of my experience. It’s frustrating. How do I overcome this?
