EPAM Systems I applied through Naukari for Data Engineer position and received an email from Privacy_Notice saying 'Would like to consider you a job opportunity at EPAM'. I have accepted the terms and conditions in the policy and it's been 5 days now.
Would like to know how long it takes to schedule an interview after accepting the policies?
Thanks in advance!

Escalate, go public, draft legal letter.
All depends on what you want to do.
Also, this is a Claude question.
Any company that would do this you don’t want to be apart of.
I know this doesn’t help your current situation, but, that’s $1,000 well spent.

Small claims court. If you have an email saying they’d cover it the judge will award quick. Claude can do the whole brief and everything for you. I recently won a dispute doing the same. Don’t let them get away with it! Fight the power 👊
I’d keep asking. Maybe escalate upwards to different levels of the company?
Do you have a written letter / email documenting that they promised to cover it?
I’d go public with it and share that letter.
My first question is what documentation that you purchased the ticket and to whom did you send the request for reimbursement
Assuming you have documentation of them saying they will reimburse you the cost of ticket, the first step would be assuming it fell through the cracks and sending a copy all documentation to HR and ask when you can expect payment. Depending on what has happened up until this point I might cc their legal department. If that doesn't work, then go public name and shame - especially anywhere they have a job listings. Often, just letting them know you aren't going away works.
Even if you were only told that in a phone conversation - send an email ( read receipt) outlining who you spoke with, that they stated you would be reimbursed, when you interviewed, and documentation that you bought the ticket. The amount of bad press you can cause them is not worth $1000.
Continue to follow up. They haven’t completely ghosted you. They are probably just busy.
Say something pointed like how can I file this expense report? Can you please put me in touch with the right people?
Any updates op?
If you have that in writing, you can sue. I assume it would cost more in legal fees than its worth. So call this a lesson learned
