I was rejected from an entry level RBT position (i only have customer service experience). I get wanting more qualified applicants but I cant gain experience if they don't give me a chance. I have my BA in Psych and getting my MS in IO Psych. How did you get into your RBT position? Did you have experience??

Very specific to retail and/or hospitality in-house roles: has anyone found a good solution for predictive scheduling? Our retail division has one set of software for scheduling and one for payroll, and neither of them can handle predictive scheduling compliance issues unless they’re used for both the scheduling and payroll functions. I’m coming up empty on ideas for them to bridge the gap, but I’m also new to my compliance counsel role, so I would be overjoyed if anyone has suggestions.

I’ve been with my current company for a little over 5 years now and since the start of the pandemic have been WFH. I absolutely love WFH and have always wanted a position in which I could WFH.
