I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Do you not realize how crazy $10k on your wrist is to most people? Can be especially poor taste if your project involves some sort of cost cutting at your client.
I say this as collector with several expensive watches. Always a time and place.
Obviously has no idea what shit is like walking outside of mommas house and heading 5 minutes outside the bubble.

I used to enjoy wearing nicer watches but rubbing the metal clasp against my laptop was uncomfortable. Props to people that can wear steel watch bracelets in consulting without bothering their wrists

Who gives a shit? The only people that would even notice the Sub would be folks that are into watches. 99 percent of people are not going to notice the watch that you are wearing.
If you were told this you should listen. Not unusual for some clients.
If you don’t listen whomever told you is going to at a minimum be annoyed and at worst torpedo your eval because you’re not coachable and don’t get it

The bigger issue is not so much the perception from the business owner or leadership, What's even more critical is how the working staff perceives you as their engagement in the process is commonly driven by their initial perception of you and what you represent... you would want to be relatable and not have to deal with the self-inflicted extra work to prove you're not a douchebag.

It’s not that serious. 95%+ of people don’t even notice the kind of watch you are wearing.
Hot take: clients who value a consulting firm based on the watches the consultants wear aren't worth keeping around.
Sure, they might pay the 6 or 7 figure contracts for now, but eventually they will find *something* to nitpick that costs the firm more time and effort than its worth.
It's best to cut these types of clients loose before they drag things out. If your managing partners don't see it this way, they need to work a few months in your shoes, but we know that will never happen so...
