I was told there would be pro-rated bonus If joining Date is before October 1. How about the appraisal hike? Will it be pro-rated or is there no hike and only bonus if i join in September.

I understand there were no hikes earlier for past few years. I just wanted to know the eligibility. In case if SCB provides a hike whether lateral hires joining before October 1 are eligible.

Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike. Please let me know how much I can ask for.

I am not getting any response on my posts..I'm feeling depressed due to my bad luck. I have only 1 month noticeperiod left & had only 1 offer in hand with 40CTC. Right now my current salary is too low which is 27LPA with 14 yrs of exp and working as Data scientist. I am getting very few interview calls.
