I will be joining Bosch on Dec 12. And I heard there will be year end vacation in December. Will that vacation be provided for new joiners also?

Today is my orientation @EY GDS. Any recommendations that I should need to know!? Any questions that I should keep in focus!?

Partners - Do you ever take vacations?

I have been at my current firm for about 1.5 years, and in that entire time the partner in my group hasn't been out of the office a single time. Is that normal? I can't tell if it's standard for big law partners to not take time off, if the dynamics for my group may be different (only 1 partner in the entire group), or it the partner I work with is just a masochist.

Can anyone tell me the difference between the traditional and PDM track? Senior manager was recommending I switch over since proposal work was minimal this year. Any less benefits besides no DU and no PPMD track?

Generally we cannot but I have seen people utilizing sick leaves during notice period . Just want to confirm.

About to take an offer at EY. Want a baby soon and saw the great news about increased parental leave. Question is, can u use vacation time consecutively with it? Right now most on leave take 5 months

Hey fishes, completed 3 tech rounds at Bosch.
Last tech + managerial round was on 10th Nov. Got HR call on 17th Nov. Told my expected package and she didn't seem to have any issue. On 22nd Nov, got a call from the consultant at taggd who has been arranging all my interviews. Told my expected CTC and she seemed a bit surprised but didn't negotiate and asked if I have any other offers? I asked when can I expected the OL, she said within a week but didn't take any documents. Can I expect the OL?
