I believe I am late stage peri menopausal and my periods have been very irregular for the past 9 months ranging 13-60 days between periods. I have joined IBM and resigned within 50 days.
Reason: project I was allocated not good and I initially rejected project but they forcefully moved to the project.I have asked multiple times to replace the project after that I have resigned.
Now manager is threatening me that I will be placed under no hire to IBM.

Now XYZ company is asking me to work on a contract basis until I get relieved from my current company. If I don’t join my offer is null and void. And I don’t hold any other offers as well. How should I handle this. Join XYZ company on contract basis and once after getting a better offer inform XYZ and quit or I shouldn’t join them

Now at the end of my notice period I have decided to join company B.
Company A was very supportive during my notice period and always open to negotiation on salary and location. I'm feeling guilty not joining them 😕

My company aligns fresher as replacement when any employee quits, doesn't matter it's 2yr exp or 20exp, replacement is fresher. Simple life. Cheap life.
