I work as a Cuatomer Success Manager. I feel like it’s a Hybrid Account Manager role. We recently had a Customer Service Supervisor quit. I applied for the job but since they needed immediate help, they made me and someone else interim manager. What a struggle! Anyone ever dealt with interim work? It’s so difficult to find balance and actually be the manager.

Husband is a multi sport coach and gone a lot in season, I work in corp banking. Thinking about getting a travel trailer since I camp alone with the kids a lot in the summer, spring and fall for quick weekends. Right so here’s a bit of a dilemma I work to a much higher standard at home and it’s this high standard that means I’m in line for a promotion. I’ve grown so much and I feel really strong in my role I’m also busier than ever. I have overall 3 years of post grad experience but 2 years of AE experience. Is it unrealistic to apply for Senior AE roles? How about Account Supervisor?
