I work brand side and love my life, WLB and my simple CD role. I used to be driven, chasing titles, top agencies, awards, but now I couldn’t give less fucks of doing groundbreaking work (I have a 3 yo, smthg changed there). Recruiters are reaching out to meet incredible agency leaders for cco positions, and I know the common knowledge is that I should meet and network, but if I’m happy where I am, is it bad for me to decline? Don’t want to pretend and let them on.

Ps I’m really flattered and part of it is like “there must be a mistake, I will tell them I’m not the right fit” 😭 but I know that’s not how you play your cards in interviews!
