I work in a facility with 3 females in management positions. All have very different approaches to leadership which causes conflict and confusion. The atmosphere has been contentious at best since thier takeover around 3 yrs ago.
Lately it has become increasingly toxic due to the director's attempts to divide team members and isolate high functioning employees. The stress has begun to take a toll on my health and family life. Can anything be done?

Girlfriend has very obvious high functioning anxiety and body image issues that she admits but thinks she doesn’t need therapy or medication and that reading self-help books will help her. It’s not changing in the last several years and it’s impacting our relationship. Anyone have experience with their SO dealing with untreated anxiety? I know I can’t control her but would like to express my feelings without sending her into a spiral. For context, I’ve been in therapy for 12 months and medicated

My typical cycle length is 23-24 days. We have been TTC for almost 2 years and I am wondering if my cycle length has got to do anything with this. We have been through two different REs and did not get a firm diagnosis. Have tried timed intercourse and IUIs. Nothing has worker so far. (1/2) I started a new job less than a month ago at a large firm with a significant pay increase. I work remotely- which is a special arrangement. They paid for my travel to their headquarters for in-person training. After interacting with my manager and some of the attorneys, I feel like I made a mistake. Manager is demeaning and rude. A bunch of the attorneys dropped not so subtle hints that people who work from home are causing all kinds of problems. I don’t know what to do.
