I work in sales, make about 90k a year, my work schedule is hybrid, however it's a very toxic environment full of jealousy, I have been wanting to quit my job for a year now but I haven't had success landing a new job, Has anyone used a professional resume writer? If I want different results, I need to do things differently. Any insights much appreciated.

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience.
