I work mainly on one account, and have since starting about a year ago. When I began, my partner and I played a major role in ideation, client presentations, etc. It was a lot of work as we only had a GCD for oversight, but we grew a lot. Since January, we have different leadership and two additional CDs on the account which is awesome in terms of direction and support, but I feel like we’ve been demoted. We get left off important emails, internals, and most client calls (1/2, con’t in comments)

I'm a corporate recruiter with 3 years of experience. Finishing my degree in HRM 5/2022. I'm thinking of getting my SHRM -CP shortly after graduation.

So back in July I went out for a new position at my small company that was rapidly expanding (Account Manager). Was notified that I didn't get the full promotion but was told instead that I was still moving up and was going to be Customer Service/Account Manager Support. The new Account Manager had no customer service experience within our niche industry. I instead had to help help him with all customer service issues.

- I have curly hair, can only wash it once a week/put dry shampoo if needed
- I brush my teeth 2 times a day
- Wear deodorant / perfume every day (my way, and good girl) and shave off any hair (I did laser but still), as much as possible. Some days, I cannot keep up with shaving (especially if it won’t show)
- I wear pantyliners and change it once a day/ change panties once a day
- I shower my body every day

Our district is so lax on the students this year. With tech issues and distance learning days, we’ve gone from accommodating to enabling real quick. No penalties for late work, taking excuses for attendance, lower academic and behavioral standards... We were beginning to make so much progress on transforming our school culture, but this year is erasing that and then some.
