The nerves are normal. Probably a good thing honestly, means you actually care about making a good impression. Take a breath and just remember they already liked you enough to schedule the interview. You're not starting from zero, you're starting from "we want to talk to you." Take confidence from that and go crush it.

I agree with all of that, and a few more suggestions:
1. Your objective is to help them see you in the role. Anything you can do to highlight how you would make their lives easier, bring success to the team, and handle challenges with grace will be viewed positively.
2. Everyone uses behavioral interviewing, so have a few stories that you can trot out for different "tell me about a time when" questions.
3. Bring energy. Even if you are normally more reserved, show up like it's an audition. Because it is.
4. Do the things that help you feel grounded, like keeping to you exercise and eating routines. Watch the sugar and caffeine intake. Get a good night's sleep.
Good luck!!
Just remember that people go to interviews every single day, all across the entire world. You're only nervous because you haven't done it in a while but you'll figure it out and at the end of the day, it's just a conversation between respectful people. Plus, your interviewers want you to get the job: that's literally the whole reason they are there. If you start to get nervous, remember they are on your side.
