I worked for one of the biggest labs as aleft? (QD) Their grading technique left room for improvement. I.E you have to maintain a score of 95, BUT if you didn't end your call with a specific script you lost 10 points. It didn't matter if the rest of the call was 100%. Or the people grading your work made mistakes on their grading, but you still got a bad grade even with incorrect grading. So if you lost your job because of their "grading " how do you explain the reason you lefy?

Worth getting the SPG card for 30k points ($3k spend in 3 months) or hold off until that goes up to 35-40k (will it?)

Is anyone currently studying for the CMA exam? Or passed the CMA exam? Im slowly losing motivation to study due to extreme burn out. I took the part 1 exam and failed by 20 points. This is part of why I’m losing motivation. Kinda feel like a failure. Have any tips for studying for certification exams when losing focus?

Is this legal? My spouses company just decided to change their comp structure for account managers. It was base + comm, now it’s commission only but nothing changed, OT commission is the same, didn’t get more points, just took away the base pay and said work harder basically. So now they have to worker harder to get $50k they were already making. (Not a decision based on employee performance, they’ve been crushing it. I think the company is just trying to save money they overspent else where)

Love how BS credit score is. Got my score up to 800 last month only to go on vacation so my credit utilization went up to 8% due to the increased spending and my score dropped 35 points because I didn’t immediately pay the balance after charging the purchases. I always pay my balance in full each month and have never missed a payment, how is 8% credit utilization determined to be that big of a risk that my score got immediately wrecked, I don’t understand

Back when I was getting started in the food world, I worked flipping burgers at In-n-Out. A man came in and said the burgers he had gotten weren’t right.
