Need help from Amazon 🐠 Anyone interviewed for Amazon L5 BIE in GSF supply chain team? The JD said basic qualifications include data modeling, ETL, data warehousing and optimization. Any idea or experience how they will test these topics? Asking about related experience? Or show some data and ask how you will deal with that? Or like a case study, given a senario and ask how you think in order to tackle problem? Need advice/idea/experience urgently. Thanks in advance.Amazon @BIE

Would reneging on a job offer follow me?
Recently Store Managers have been offering me jobs from different locations but same company in my town. The company is T-Mobile. It’s going to be my first job. I have a couple questions for any former/current employees. Is it better to work for T-Mobile, metro by T-Mobile, or a third party T-Mobile? Any difference in benefits or wage? Thanks

What is your current role/can you leverage that past experience pivoting?
An example of this might be if I worked in construction beforehand, I’d look at targeting tech/SaaS companies that cater towards that same industry (ie. contractors, engineering firms, other construction groups). Another example of this would if you are a dental hygienist now, I’d look towards healthcare and specifically dental companies with data analytics roles open. It’s easier making a dramatic jump if you can point to real-world experience in the space (even if you weren’t in any kind of data titles prior).
Kaggle is great but having a GitHub or Tableau portfolio are two solid ways to show your work with data.
Other thoughts here - I’d highly recommend also taking any kind of graduation dates off (if you have them) if you think ageism is holding you back.
Finally, I’d make sure your resume can make it through ATS screening - here’s one website you can use! https://www.jobscan.co
Yes!! Thank you!! I also have a GitHub account, tableau visualizations, and recently created a specific place for Jupyter notebooks. I don't have many projects, which I think is my biggest problem.
How many projects per area such as Jupyter, tableau, kaggle?
I've also worked front office with verifying dental insurances, Dental hygiene clinician, have experience with Invisalign, sterilization process, dental office flow, added Paperless management system for the Dental office as well as used different dental crms like dentrix and eaglesoft.
Healthcare crms are totally separate and different from Dental offices. To medical facilities, I don't have any experience.
You make a good point of targeting maybe dental insurance companies, large dental corporations, dental analytical software companies.
