Overall, ACN is probably a bit higher. Saw a stat a little while back, the average expected tenure is roughly 1.5 years.
I think bah is similar, but I think it would be fair to count layoffs in turnover.

If you're curious about the subset of turnover that is employee-initiated vs. firm-initiated, I have no idea, but typically it's somewhat mutual i.e. the employee sees the hand, writing on the wall and leaves before a lack-of-work letter.

I would say 25% or higher. I've been at 2 firms, each for about 3 years. By the 2-3 year time frame, about 90% of the ppl I started with have left. But none of those people are straight out of college hires - they are all industry or grad school hires.
