Hello Sharks, I need genuine suggestions regarding whether join Accentute Or not. My doj in 9th March but till now I'm not allocated in any project. I read many negative comments about accentute bench policy and pip program. Also there are 10% layoff policy.. Is it true??..
Also for me job security is a concern. Coz leaving EY where there is not such lay off policy or pip but joining accentute is bit challenging.
Please provide suggestions.

I have to give my notice today. How can I do graciously and respectfully? I’ve no hard feelings against the place, it’s just time for me to move on but I know I’ll leave them in a bind and I feel guilt over that. (I’ve also never left a job before, I’ve only been laid off. 😳)

I have a contingent offer after being laid off in spring due to COVID. Since then the job market has obviously been tough, so a few buddies and I started a start up that has done very well, but we haven’t filed for LLC status yet (keeps pushing back). My firm sent an email yesterday saying their tracking billable hours DAILY. It’s either they don’t think we’re working from home or about to have some layoffs 🤷🏼‍♀️

Would you ever rejoin a firm you were fired from? Partner I was close to at a prior firm reached out to see if I was interested in rejoining. I was fired from the firm 4 years ago but kept in touch with some of the partners. The partner responsible for my firing is no longer there. I don’t think I would do it, but I wanted to get other people’s thoughts.
