If am on freepool/bench as per new policy after 45 days it will become nopay or no salary days.
What if i go for a leave for one week in between these days.

When you’ve accumulated 14 days of PTO, would you measure that as 2 weeks salary (1 paycheck) if you exit the company? Or are salaried employees paid only for week days thus 14 days PTO is nearly 3 weeks of salary worth? What’s your take?
