If I interview again for a differenr role, would I have to do all the interviews again or can I use some of the scores from previous interviews. I have moved all my traditional ira to current company’s 401k plan recently. Can I now do backdoor ira now without worrying about prorata rule? Wondering if I can start backdoor ira conversions immediately or if I need to wait for next tax year.

I max out my 401k and I have a decent emergency fund. I want to keep saving. From what I’ve been reading my next steps are an IRA and then a brokerage account. Questions:
1. How do I pick between a Roth vs a traditional IRA?
2. Once I hit the max of $6k - only then do I focus on brokerage account?

Advice appreciated: I want to sublease my apartment so that I can rent elsewhere and pay less.
