If I found a rural property on zillow I'd like to tour/potentially buy as a future primary home should I just reach out to the selling realtor directly or is there a better way to approach? I'm not in a hurry to move so if it isn't perfect I'd likely wait up to a few more years so don't necessarily want to get a buyer realtor's hopes up/waste their time.
