If I interview at another company and the hiring manager came from my current company, what are the odds they reach out to my manager or folks at my firm? Obviously I did not let them know I’m interviewing elsewhere

Hi Fishes, My interview with cs was scheduled by third party agency. Two rounds of interview was conducted and third party has confirmed that I have been selected for the role. But I haven't received any communication from cs yet. How much does cs take to complete all the processes?

Has anyone felt that they are incapable of cracking coding interview no matter how much they practice , I for eg feel I CANNOT think fast in a timed test to solve a coding problem no matter how much I practice ,it's not just my cup of tea and that leaves me with a lot of frustration .Anyone else as well ,what to do😢

I got offer Letter from infosys 2.5 months back, now when I am trying to decline the offer by sending a mail to HR, it was not getting delivered as HR left the organisation 1 month back, I forwarded mail to feedback team of infosys but still got the mail from onboarding team with joining details and WebEx link, kindly suggest how to proceed in this case.

Having another phone interview with the same Amazon person again. Not sure what to make of it.

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). No response whatsoever. Will emailing them again be inappropriate? I desperately need this job

Match process costs around USD10k; this year he is applying again after borrowing funds frm different sources bt he is under tremendous pressure to get match. Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Was just told that there is likely not going to be a chance for a raise during my upcoming performance review due to my salary already being “above average for the industry” based on my employer’s questionable research. I’ve been with the company 8.5 years & am the only one in my role, which they can’t operate without. I execute tasks from two investment advisors and two financial planners - they make the decisions of what should happen & I make it happen.

Have met with 5 people for two different teams and another person for another team, all of which I believe are 3 total open positions for 3 different teams. What’s typical base salary increase from analyst to associate?

Due to obvious conditions my comp for the calendar year (salary+bonus) is back to 2017 levels although my overall sales are more than double and 1/3 less total comp than last year. It seems like comp opportunity is always decreasing during good times (I get it) but when it comes to adjusting during bad times, nothing was done. Is this normal for industry sales?
