If i work in corp strategy pre mba and want to eventually do more chief of staff / ops work at a startup, do i need the MBA or should i just try to recruit for the roles without MBA?

I have got 6 years of experience and I have done MBA in finance. My last company was a Big 4. They are ready to pay me 9L and I require a 100% increment. will they give me 12 L? Should I accept 9 L?

I have been accepted for prince 2 foundation + practitioner (accelerated) course in sabacloud. This course is delivered by sure skills. Anyone has taken this course? Do we give a test at the end of this course or do we get prince2 certification for attendance? I’m trying to evaluate if this course is worth attending for 3 full working days - i.e do I need to attend this course to become eligible for giving a prince2 exam or attending the course itself suffice?

Wonder if anyone can offer advice on which cert to pursue next? I obtained my CompTIA Security+ last year and wondering if I should go for the CySA+ or Pentest+ next. I also have my AWS CCP and will be sitting for the Solutions Architect soon as well. Currently not doing security stuff at work but would love to keep my skills going. Capgemini has verbally promised me 9 LPA but the offer is yet to be released.
Deloitte India has not yet communicated any offer, neither verbal nor formal.

Does an MBA (US) make sense for me? Male, Indian, Age 32, Married working in tech consulting with 10 YOE. Base is $165 with steady increases and bonus is typically 15%. I eventually do want to cross the $300K threshold but I know stopping work for 2 years and getting and MBA probably won’t get me a $300K job right away. Becoming a manger in my current company/path will probably get me there in terms of TC. Also considering EMBA from a good school (Wharton Global, Duke, Kellogg, Booth).

Interviewing question: for anecdotal “tell me abt a time when..”, & similar questions - are you allowed to recycle stories from your undergrad years or do they only look for post grad/work stuff? Afraid some of the stories that sounded okay at undergrad recruiting might now come across as a bit “lightweight” in this context...like would they eye roll if we start talking about that one time we did a science competition sophomore year of college (even though it taught an important lesson)..etc.🤔
