Any jr copywriter roles open in SF?
My base loc is Bengaluru, but currently I am not mandatorily required to work from office, and have been working from home since I joined Deloitte in July. Try and recruit without an MBA. If you find yourself getting to the last round but not getting the offer, then perhaps there is something you are missing that an MBA would provide.
Imo, the right way to think about this is:
You never “need” and MBA for anything. Except if you’re from a very non-traditional background like military.
But an MBA can be helpful. Especially when moving to startups you can have the two years to talk to a ton of founders and pick the right one.
